For the past twelve months we have delivering this
package on the very serious dangers posed to staff who
may, in the course of their work, unwittingly come
across a premises, where the occupier is producing
Methamphetamine, known as Crystal Meth.
This, like Crack Cocaine, has reached epidemic status in
the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and many other
parts of the world, and has now arrived in the UK.
It is the method of production of this highly addictive
toxic and synthetic stimulant, from easily obtainable
household goods, which can produce a highly toxic and
potentially explosive material.
Our training package within both our One-Day Workshop
and Half-Day Presentation is designed specifically to
make staff, who visit homes in the course of their
everyday work, aware of the extreme dangers to them and
what emergency action to take.
The short and long term risks to health by an IDL must
not be underestimated. There are numerous examples from
abroad of people sustaining serious injury from entering
IDLs. Unfortunately, fatalities among trained personnel
have been recorded.
Please don’t allow yourself or one of your staff to
become the next victim.
